Reliability Engineer

As the Reliability Engineer you will collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure coordination, implementation of essential production maintenance tasks, proactively identify improvements and enhancements to working practices to minimize the risk of disruptions caused by system malfunction.
Complete product reliability analyses, lead efforts to improve reliability, and develop tests to evaluate reliability, and to provide support.

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Engineering discipline preferred 5
years of related maintenance reliability engineering, project engineering and or predictive maintenance experience preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills written and verbal Extensive mechanical, and electrical, knowledge Demonstrated technical expertise in facility related systems Ability to facilitates/supports operational event and equipment failure investigations to ensure that the root cause/causal factors have been identified, corrective actions prescribed, and follow-up monitoring conducted as applicable, to determine effectiveness.
Understands how to use RCM tools and analyze asset failures.
Knowledge of RCFA, LOPA, FMECA Experienced with creating, modifying, and reviewing Preventative and Predictive Maintenance Procedures.
Familiar with industry standards Ensures Health and Safety is the number one goal by following policies, processes, and always acting in a safe manner.
Experience working with typical industrial facility equipment (assets) including, Rotating, Fixed, Instrumentation and Electrical Equipment.
Works with the Corporate Reliability team in using Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) Principles to:
Maximize the productivity of the assets Lower the Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) of the assets Extend the life of the assets Maximize maintenance efficiency Participates in equipment failure investigations and any applicable action items from these investigations.
Ensures PMs and Asset Inspections are completed on time.
Participates in equipment selection for capital projects from a reliability, safety and total cost of ownership perspective.
Assists in identifying critical spares and the appropriate stocking level.
Provides technical assistance to the facility maintenance department.
Utilizes drawings, specifications and asset documents of electrical, mechanical systems and their components to ensure systems conform to applicable standards.
